The Major Scheme Business Case includes 58 appendices, some appendices are already published below. However, many of the appendices include confidential information which was supplied from different organisations. Due to confidentiality reasons, we are unable to publish all documents immediately. We intend to upload these once documents have been reviewed for commercially confidential information.
